Questions about paying
How do I pay?
Log in on this website with the phone number your shop signed up with, choose Basic or Unlimited, monthly or yearly, and pay by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. Your plan updates by itself in a minute.
What happens after the free trial?
Your shop moves to the Free plan — 300 pages a month, auto print included — and keeps printing. Past 300 pages the app asks you to upgrade; it never stops a print.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, for every payment, downloadable from your account page. It becomes a full GST tax invoice once our GST registration is complete; until then it is a plain receipt.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No setup fee and no contract. Renew when you like; if you don't, printing carries on on the free plan.
What counts as a page?
Every page printed for a student in the calendar month: a 10-page file printed as 2 copies is 20 pages. Cancelled and refused jobs don't count.
Does the student pay anything to ScanPrint?
No. Students pay you — your UPI or cash at the counter. ScanPrint is paid only by your shop, for the plan.
